The room had a nice view of the peaceful surroundings, which gave a relaxing vibe during Christmas. the breakfast spread offered a lot of options to choose from, including fresh and crispy food. the location was quite convenient for a lot of places.
They couldn't provide a voltage converter when I asked to charge my phone, and I had to buy one from them. the shampoo, conditioner, and soap provided were not up to the mark.

The location of the hotel was great, with a room overlooking a quiet street or neighborhood. The breakfast was diverse and offered many fresh and crispy options to choose from. The hotel's staff was exceptional, with trustful, kind, and professional service throughout my stay.
When asking for a voltage converter to charge my phone, the hotel couldn't supply me with one as there was only one in the building and it was already taken by another guest. This caused me inconvenience, so I had to buy one from the hotel.
